What started out as a hobby and doing holiday treats has led to a full-time delight for Rebecca Perry. Although Rebecca has lived on the 9th Island of Las Vegas for nearly 25 years She’s rooted to the island of Oahu, Hawaii. She’s still a Local girl from Honolulu and her Local flavored brittle reflect her heritage.

Brittle specialties include Mochi Crunch, Macadamia & Coconut, Wasabi, Soy & Almond, Nori Maki and Candied Ginger & Almond brittles.
