Chelsea Keolani Hardin is beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Hawaii USA 2016. She was the first runner-up to Deshauna Barber of District of Columbia at Miss USA 2016 held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Chelsea was born on September 5, 1991 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is of Native Hawaiian, Chinese, Filipino,Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, Irish, English, French, and Scandinavian descent. She attended ʻIolani High School and California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California where as a university student, played NCAA division I women’s volleyball.

Many pageant viewers were furious when Miss Hawaii Chelsea Hardin was asked her personal presidential pick and which way she would vote during the Miss USA Pageant questioning. She handled it well with the “perfect” answer.
